About Richard A. Kirk
Richard A. Kirk is a visual artist, illustrator, and author living in Canada. He actively shows in Canada, USA and Europe, and has works in many private collections throughout the world.
Richard has illustrated works by Clive Barker, Caitlin R. Kiernan, Christopher Golden, China Mieville, and others. Richard created the artwork for the eighth CD by the rock band Korn.
Richard was born in Kingston Upon Hull, Yorkshire in 1962. He moved to Canada with his family in 1968, settling in Southwestern Ontario. Richard was always interested in drawing and through the years has found inspiration in nature, literature, art, and illustrators of the 19th and 20th century.
Richard maintains a blog where news and information related to his work can be found.

PLEASE NOTE:
We are currently rebuilding our website with a new theme - so temporarily this site is functional, but a construction zone.
Headers, background and certain special new functions will be built in, respectively changed. Additionally, most Slide Shows used to be embedded from our Private Social Network on Ning. Since Ning discontinued Flash some time ago, the space where the embedded slide shows supposed to be is blank!
We are working to fix this as well, but with over 500 pages for artists alone, this will take time.
