Liberated creatures

I am currently working on a series of creatures: animals, insects, fish, reptiles, birds...in totally uncompromising positions. The frames are antique bird perches. Originally, the bird would sit in the center and was chained to a part of the frame. My creatures reclaim the beauty of the frame. Being liberated, they transform the antique bird perches from prison to colorful environments.
