MAX SAUCO
Was born in Irkutsk in 1969, after leaving school he entered the Irkutsk College of the Arts. From 1987 to 1989 he served in the Soviet army. In 1992 he degree in the professional graphic designer. Until 1998, he worked in painting, sculpture and photography. At the same time he studied plastic anatomy, psychology, esoteric, holds a professional astrologer, which influenced his future work. In 1998 he was admitted to the Union of Designers of Russia. |

The book aims to show the variety of contemporary surreal art including 100 works in different media: traditional painting and drawing, digital painting, fractals, photomanipulation, photography, mixed media, sculpture, traditional prints, and more.
The collection will be classified in 3 groups: Visions, Dreams and Nightmares, all this mental manifestation has been the source of inspiration for this revolutionary movement since the 1920s.
The mind gates are open to explore the deepest of the subconscious in this visual dialogue with the "other", in the omnipotence of dream, in the disinterested play of thought.

We are currently rebuilding our website with a new theme - so temporarily this site is functional, but a construction zone.
Headers, background and certain special new functions will be built in, respectively changed. Additionally, most Slide Shows used to be embedded from our Private Social Network on Ning. Since Ning discontinued Flash some time ago, the space where the embedded slide shows supposed to be is blank!
We are working to fix this as well, but with over 500 pages for artists alone, this will take time.
