Error 500 on our Ning Network pages - Visionary Art![]() Though Ning Status claims that after yesterdays glitches about Error 500 'All systems go', I found that this is not so with our network. Some pages work, some don't - it changes frequently - flickering off and on. After several tries to even get into the network, and several more tries to submit a ticket, I finally succeeded to get through (even submitting the ticket I got Error 500 several times before I got through). This of course affects some (and sometimes all) of our slide show feeds on the public Visionary Art Gallery. I hope Ning will resolve this soon. Our public site is very successful and gets well over 2000 hits a day, with a respectable alexa ranking and very good bounce rate (meaning visitors stay and browse). At the moment I write this, it seems to work again, but I had problems with 'off-and-on' feeds all morning long, so I am a little worried it may go off again. Hope not!
Artist Adam Scott Miller put together a concept trailer for a TV series about Visionary Art that is currently being worked on under the auspices of Visionary Art Australia. Instrumental in getting the project from the drafting table to reality was fellow artist Bonny Hut. Initially conceptualized for community TV, it is supposed to be also aired on Australian network TV ABC. Plans are also to later expand it globally and include international artists.
The dedication and engagement of the industrial sponsor TANNPAPIER in Traun, Austria is unsurpassed - I had the opportunity to attend a preview of this exhibition and came away awed! I just wish there were more like this! Showing Visionary Art members Peter Gric, Josef Florian Krichbaum, Andreas Nikolaus Franz and Visionary Hall of Fame artist, the late Peter Proksch - a rich selection of art that occupies the entire administrative building as well as the shop floors, well over 200 works, many of them large scale canvases.

We are currently rebuilding our website with a new theme - so temporarily this site is functional, but a construction zone.
Headers, background and certain special new functions will be built in, respectively changed. Additionally, most Slide Shows used to be embedded from our Private Social Network on Ning. Since Ning discontinued Flash some time ago, the space where the embedded slide shows supposed to be is blank!
We are working to fix this as well, but with over 500 pages for artists alone, this will take time.
